Terms, Conditions, and Official Contest Rules
$500 Referral Bonus
The $500 referral bonus is part of our ongoing referral program, available year-round. You’ll earn this bonus when a referred customer purchases a solar system from Exact Solar as a result of your referral.
To qualify, you must submit your referral using our online referral form. The bonus will be paid once the referred customer’s system installation is complete.
Holiday Referral Promotion
Promotion Period: From December 1, 2024, until 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024, all eligible referrals will count as one entry into the contest.
Eligibility:
An eligible referral must be a potential customer who meets our criteria to purchase a solar system and receives a proposal from Exact Solar by close of business on January 9, 2025. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
Proposal Deadline:
To be eligible for the contest, the referred customer must receive their proposal from Exact Solar by the end of the business day on January 9, 2025. Referrals that do not meet this deadline will not be considered for the contest.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on January 10, 2025, and will be announced on our social media channels. Winners will also be contacted directly using the information provided in the referral submission. We reserve the right to select an alternate winner if necessary.
Prize Details:
The prize is a free solar system add-on, which includes the addition of up to 6 extra panels to your existing system. The number of panels awarded will be at the discretion of Exact Solar and will depend on available roof space.*
Winners must have an existing solar system installed by Exact Solar. The system add-on will only be available for systems installed by Exact Solar; we will not add to systems installed by other companies.
Exact Solar will coordinate the add-on and installation after the winner has claimed their prize.

- Exact Solar reserves the right to disqualify any entries, including those that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Exact Solar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow Exact Solar to use your name and likeness in promotional materials related to this contest.
- Exact Solar is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may occur during the referral submission process.
